Registering an IDB Account HELP
The full instruction for registering an IDB account can be found here: IDB Registration
Registering an IDB account is done by basically done by registering a forum account, then visiting the IDB Registration page which would complete the process IMPORTANT: Remember, you have to re-visit the IDB Registration page once you have create your forum account.
