Something about Neopets is driving me crazy lately (maybe Viacom's continuous money making schemes) but regardless, I'm planning to go either on a hiatus or a period of little Neopets activity for up to a few months, probably until the AC returns.

Anyway, I have about 9.5m in pure. Since I won't be making any profit from anything else during this time, I might as well make some kind of investment/s.

What do you all think would be the best investment/s? I want to make some profit, but it's also important to me that the investment/s won't backfire, and lose me very many Neopoints.

I'm not sure. All I know is that Ylanas Blasters haven't inflated too much yet.

Stockmarket is good if you can get on at least once a day for a few minutes.

Hmmm...perhaps BoD maybe something you might want to invest in? Or perhaps some of the plot prizes like Rotl, Royal Wedding Ring, Hobans Hat, even the yuuyuu shields?

Edit: Not to mention that you could always invest some of your nps in stocks...although depending on how long you are taking your break from neo...that may or may not work for you. It is just a thought.

Just remember that there is really no guarntee for any solid investments unless you decide to go with codestones and dubloons.

Scarblade, you must know that when you place an amount of NP into the StockMarket (usually 15k per day) you are almost 100% going to gain in the long run. Set a personal selling price (Mine is at 35) and stick to that.

Errr some of the most lucrative investments I have seen people make have been in stamps. However, I myself rarely invest in anything so all I can comment on is what I have observed.

If you get lucky the stamps you invested in become retired and/or they are in a set that TNT releases a new avatar for. While I was still playing neo, I know several people are pulling for an altador avatar, although last I checked those prices were high enough as it is. If you get unlucky they become tarla'd and you lose a ton.

I am not sure how much investing in dubloons/codestones will get you since prices are high enough already imo. o_o Whatever you put your np into, best of luck.
