Restocking for younger accounts

I just went to the battle magic shop on my new account and I found a r92! The name is Sturdy Iron Lupe Boots. I thought accounts under 3 months could not see those types of items. Sorry if I am being stupid.

Um, it works on a tiered system, so depending on your account age you may or may not be able to see certain rarities.

This is the guideline I have:
* Newbie: Rarity 79 and below
* 10 days: Rarity 84 and below
* 16 days: Rarity 89 and below
* 1 month: Rarity 94 and below
* 2 months: Rarity 97 and below (I need more confirmation on this one, people say it's questionable)
* 3 months and older: all items
