TNT is at best strange when it comes to this sort of thing. If your account does get frozen some of the things you will need to do would astound you. They require you to know what your current neomails were, your current neofriends, posts that you may have made for the day in the boards, or in your guild. I have a link somewhere to a help guide for getting a frozen account back. I will pm you the link.
Good luck, I can't imagine how frustrated I would be if I got frozen.
