Titanium Poogle Teeth

I recently had the pleasure of testing what (we think) might be the first pair of Titanium Poogle Teeth, which were announced Poogle Day 2007.

They are a species weapon, R97, and do a constant damage of 6 icons of physical.

Wow... nice thing. I'm sure someone can tell you how to test it to see if they are fractional icons...
