Halo 3
How many people play this or think this stinks? Opinions? I personally love it!

Now I have an important question for people WITH the game, how do we view what achievements we've earned? I can't find where to check what I've got and what I've not!

RE: Halo 3
I hear it's good. I haven't personally played it, but I'm awesome at FPS, so I dare say I would be able to rate this game if I did play it.

RE: Halo 3
Heh, my brother bought it (and an XBOX 360 a while back) so I get to play it without paying anything for it. Pretty nice. Anyway, I signed up for a free month of XBOX live so I've been playing online alot because I have a one week break from school. But the rest of the time I don't have much time so I probably won't play it much. And I have still have some other games to finish (some PS2 games still).
Anyway, I guess it's pretty good. Actually I don't like multiplayer stuff that much (unless you're doing it in person with a bunch of other people), because you can't really spend much time just wandering around having fun. Plus usually I spend half the time dead (I know, that's because I stink, but still). I wish I could play the levels with just bots and no real people, then I could explore the levels more and do more awesome stuff. Anyway, it's still pretty fun I would have to say.

RE: Halo 3
I don't have a 360, so... Actually, I'm one of the few people who haven't played Halo at all, but then I'm not a huge FPS fan.

Erm... you could just go to an empty custom game, or Forge, if you want to look around the maps. O_o

Ooga, the way to view achievements online is at http://live.xbox.com/en-US/profile/Achie...mmary.aspx (you'll need to sign in with the email/password you used for your xbox live account) - Also, I play it, and love saving films of multiplayer Happy

Cheers,

If you'd like to host werewolf, please PM me.

RE: Halo 3
I got it thinking it was over-hyped.

I then got kinda addicted to it. I am now a colonel, which is pretty high.

So yeah, I love the game but I still think its over hyped a lot of the time.

RE: Halo 3
aok. i played it for about 20 hours in the span of 2 days...

heres my take on it...

im a little dis-appointed by how the up-close battling in this version is sooooo impossible. theres flame-throwers that incinerate you, shotguns that blow you to kingdom come. 4 types of grenades ( 1 fire-stick type one that is like a advanced sticky... very deadly. ) and just a multiple of other things. however the long rang weapons in the game are pretty good too, there's some nice additions like a bubble type sheild, last's a little bit, and NO fire gets in whatsoever. but of course once they walk through the wall you can have your own little duke it out party in there. really fun in multiplayer...

but the graphic's pwn. the maps are alaberate and big...

the sound effects are pretty good too...

i'd give it a 9 out of a 10. the 9 only being this game gets really really boring if it's just yourself. the 1 player maps are all different and while not extremely complicated, its not the same as playing a player that has a ton of tricks up there sleeve's.

and FPS's rock... tho i dont have any systems so i dont get to play em much.
