I need a set help

hey guys, a years ago, i quited neopets for sports and school, and now i returned to find out that neopets has a cool new design (used to be two columns). right now, my equipments are really old imo so can you guys tell me if these equipments are right for my stats:

Leaf Shield
Downsize!
Mud Mixture
Scarab Ring
Lesser Healing Scroll
Obsidian Dagger
Enchanted Wooden Bow
Purple Sticky Hand

My stats are:
Level: 22
Health: 0 / 29
Strength: GREAT (36)
Defence: GREAT (35)
Move: lightning
Intelligence: bright

and i have 222,219 NP

Whether you do 2p or 1p (or both) will affect your set, so we need to know that. But you need better constants, replace the Obsidian Dagger with a Golden Compass (pairs very nice with the Enchanted Wooden Bow's icons). The Mud Mixture also needs to go, preferably for a 9-iconer (see Stone Club, Ice Club). The Lesser Healing Scroll should be upgraded to a Greater Healing Scroll if and when your HP gets higher.

You may want a Blue Scorchstone for the overhealing effect.

ok, thanks guys. now i have one more question. nobody seems to be selling Golden Compass. when they do have it, i offer them 120k, they still refuse. is there any other way to get it besides from another player?

Maybe they accepted another offer of a similar amount? They restock at Magical Marvels in Altador
