what is the difference between Freezing potion and the H4000 helmet, other than price? Any other 100% freezer that I should look at. My BD pet is my lab rat, so species does change

The Freezing Potion does two water icons, in addition to the freeze. At higher levels of battling, 2 icons can make a difference, so if you think the price difference is worth it then go for it. The only other (non-species weapon) 100% freezers are Magical Marbles of Mystery (3 physical icons), Sleep Ray (2 air, 2 dark), the Moehog Skull (lol), and of course the fragile Scroll of Freezing and Terror Stone (for use only in important battles).

[edit] Oh, I forgot the Heavy Blue Tunic (defends, but requires 1000 INT to freeze).

I once asked which freezer would be better.

The price on this three is reasonable close.

H4000 helmet just freeze (a great advantage or at least nullifies another freeze)
Freezing Potion freeze + 2 water icons
Magical Marbles of Mystery freeze + 3 physical icons

Then you just have to consider if the extra cost is worth the extras or not. Also if is better more icons or is better the sort of icons (i.e. which icon has more probabilities to pierce)

You may want to know about the Sloth Approved Hair Gel and the Heavy Blue Tunic (you will need over 1000 Intelligence stat to freeze)
