Im not that rich and have about 150k to spend on Neo for the BD.
This is my current set:

Lightning Scroll
Caustic Potion
Ice Club
Downsize!

Which ones should I get rid of and Should I replace one of these with purple sticky hand? (and also I mostly fight 1 player)

I'm thiking of replacing one scarab ring with a Golden compass for 110k

if your pet is a lupe you can use some of the ancient lupe wands as freezers, but remember they are fragile and will break eventually, so always keep spares if you intend to use them.

What other good freezers aren't too expensive and won't break? Are freezers worth it? Or should I just keep caustic potion

The recommendations are towards either a snowglobe staff, or a frost cannon, green or better. Black is considered best, though rainbow has a following, both are out of the range you've requested.

On the other hand you've freezers that can break, that includes the scroll of freezing and a few others, but unless your looking to use it once for a trophy or avatar, don't depend on them.

I've been encouraging the use of frost motes, with a 20% chance to freeze, some damage per turn, and a low price they are useful, and as it won't break until it's frozen, unlike a snowglobe staff it has certain advantages. But you can still go through one per battle, and the cost can add up fast.

Everybody is saving up for either a h4k (the cheapest 100% non breaking non species freezer) or changing to the few species with a useful freezing weapon. Sadly there's very few species with both a healer and a freezer both worth using. And those are thus either rare or expensive.

play your games and save up, you'll get there, as long as you don't give up.

to my opinion you should get the snowglobe staff till you can afford h4k or an equivalent 100% freezer

Does snowglobe staff break? It says semi-fragile and it can break before it freezes? If it breaks before it freezes thats 20k wasted...or it only breaks for battle and can you use it again?
