anyone have suggestions? weapons choices within the 3mil range to defeat this formidable foe?

Like John said, we need your stats and equipment before we can really offer much.
I assume you've checked out the Snow Beasts stats right? http://idb.finalhit.org/?searchtype=onep...=snowbeast I'm up against him too and looking at this main weapons I might have to suggest reflectors because he's just so darned powerful.  But we'll see what you have to work with when you post your stats and equipment.
