Hopefully I'll be able to find battlers at the 20 strength boost that actually know what they're doing. Most of the battlers I fought at the 13 boost were new people that either didn't know their weapons were weak, or didn't have the money for stronger ones.

A more appropriately titled thread in the Challenge Forum (http://forums.finalhit.org/forumdisplay.php?fid=21) would have done better than the unrelated title here in BD Central.
Given I'm only not as familiar with the current Two Player environment as others are, I can only offer the basic suggestion: find one or two battling "partners" at your stats and set worth. It shouldn't be a surprise that you're finding so many newbies if you're just doing Quickfights at that range. I don't use Quickfight. I challenge people looking for fights that are in the same strength boost and around my HP.
