Where should I go from here?

My current set-up is:
Weapon 1:Stone Club
Weapon 2: Psellias Fighting Fan
Defence: Leaf Shield /or Patched Hat (Bought both)
Defence (Single Use): Downsize!
Healer: Greater Healing Scroll
Freezer: Black Frost Cannon
Bomb: Honey Potion
Stealer: Purple Sticky Hand

Working with a budget of about 10m more Neopoints.

Without knowing your pet stats I would suggest a 100% freezer such as H4000 Helmet. To give any more detailed advice I would need to know your species and stats, and if you plan to 1p or 2p or both.

From here, your first priority would be to train. No matter how great your weapons are, you won't get far in 1P, I'm sure you know that.

Secondly, I'd probably upgrade your BFC to a H4000 Helmet, as cyleigh said. Besides that, your set is looking fine for your price range. You can upgrade your constant attackers at this point, but currently you won't be getting much extra icons in return. I would spend the majority of that on training, and possibly saving up for either: mid-range dual-duties (Air Faerie Crown always comes to mind...) or good full offensive attackers (13-iconers like Wand of Reality pops into mind).

But in the short-term, you don't have much to change.

Basically, whateveryone else said, train, upgrade the freezer. On a side note... H4000 Helmet Is going for almost as much as Freezing potion Nowadays. Might be worth looking into the F-Pot.

Your pet is a lupe. Iron Lupe Helm is a weapon that you should look into. Replace your Downsize! with it. Seriously. At your current stat, a multiuse defence is more valuable than something that happens only once.

You have the budget for a full blown 100% freezer, so I won't need to suggest Ancient Lupe Wand to you. But if you rather spend that 10 million in other "more powerful" weapons, then the wand is a good option. But like Graph said, your stats is not gonna be much of a difference, so train, train, train... (choo choo! )

to add somthing.. when you have the AFC, MOC ,and 100% freeze.. Id look into morphing your pet to get a 50% HP healer but not untill you have reached 100 HP or more untill then stick to Greater Healing Scroll

training wise: STR and DEF to 55 Level to 50 and HP to no more than 100 if you want STR and DEF to 85 at some point

I agree with Wilt.

The most important thing is TRAIN!
The second most important thing is TRAIN!
Third, TRAIN!
Fourth, TRAIN!
Fifth, TRAIN!
Sixth, you get the point.

You will need to upgrade your BFC to a F-Pot instead of a H4K. Since they run for the same price anyways.

Also, after you train to a reasonable level, you will then have to save up and get 11 icon TCG Blasters, or save even more and get 13 icon NQ2 Insaners.

Sell your 9 iconers during your buying of 11 or 13 iconers. And sell that BFC.

And also, you might want to switch back and forth between Patched Magical Hat and Mystical White Cloak or Sophies Magic Hat for other forms of defence.

If only going for 1p I would say to get a 100% freezer Fpot probably being just as good as HK4, WoR, and FRay, then whatever healer is appropriate for your HP at the time, currently that would be either Blue SS or possibly ECA if you wanted to go with 10 iconers.

Training is pretty obvious, but you should consider looking into 2p, its fun if you have the budget for it, which it would seem that you do.
