I'm surprised that you included all of aethereality's affiliates but not aethereality.net itself Toungue One of my personal favourites for brushes, textures, anime/manga scans, etc. etc.

And on another note, this is one of the best free image hosts I've used Smile tinypic.com The only downside is that you don't have your personal account there, but that hasn't been a problem for me as I usually just need a place to host images.
