usrrs5536 Wrote:i only use 1 player for avi'sSo, with those stats, wouldn't you already have all of the One Player avatars, possibly excepting the Space Faerie due to lack of code? (You could still take her with dual-Prickly Potions). Poor lab rat. At least his Strength is past 125. Anyway, a nice, generic One Player set would be: Scuzzys Comb x2 Essence of Esophagor x2 (For Opponents capable of blocking some aspect of the Combs) Honey Potion (You could save your money and just buy grenade Muffins since you won't be doing a ton of battling) Black Frost Cannon (Snowglobe Staff being a cheaper alternative) Downsize! Greater Healing Scroll (And Purple Sticky Hand for battles where stealing would be helpful.) However, given the infrequency with which you're battling if you're just going for avatars, there should be basic strategies to defeat those Opponents that would bypass a standard set anyway. RE: bd set
In that case, what I posted would probably be the best set for your price range, strictly One Player speaking.

RE: bd set
Honey Potion and grenade muffins are useful when freeze-bombing.

RE: bd set
RSB does 10 icons just like the Comb. In 1p, icons don't matter too much... (I say too much for Shattered's sake, as he will disagree with me if I don't
) So a RSB is like 200k more than a Comb and 200k for maybe slightly better icons (5 dark instead of 5 physical) isn't worth it. It's just better to get the EoE's to use and only loose 1 icon per turn but save yourself money. RSB is more of a two player weapon (I would argue, however, that it is still inferior to the Comb in 2p too, but that's just me)
I don't like shields and non-100% freezers... Challenge Swift_Rev14_6 if you are a 55 boost pet lookin for a fight (no 100% freeze ofcourse) BTW, 2p FTW! |

RE: bd set
Even the Honey Potion is debatably useful in One Player, but given your budget I don't see much of a reason to leave it out (you aren't training, and training would be annoying with your stats anyway: though K-Questing should probably be a consideration, and getting your Level up to 50 for Berserk would be recommended anyway).
I'd rather go for two sets of icons (dual-Scuzzys and dual-Essences) than swap one set (dual-Scuzzys and dual-Ramtors), since it generally should get past an Opponent that's only running one or two types of defenses. It's certainly not fool-proof, but by the time a war-opponent might come along and we'd know for sure, inflation would already set in and it would be too late. Scuzzys and Essences look like the safest bet in that range of battling, since the only other nine to ten iconers with two types of icons are Ramtors (matching the Light on Scuzzys) and Pike Pike (also matching the Light on Scuzzys). Jittery Jipple Potion would be an idea, but (to my knowledge) no one has tested to see whether Intelligence raises like the Opponents' other stats. If TNT is running a static level of INT on them, then I'm placing my money that both JJP and SSP will be useless in a war, until the later waves (at which point Prickly Potion would be more useful anyway, more than likely).
