need help log in

As u know , tnt has a new rule in logging in : users have to insert a correct combination of password and birthday to log in if the first trial fails . i have got a friend who forgot his birthday(he faked one for neopet.com) , and fell into this category , is there any way to help him ??

He has already tried using the forget password function at the bottom of tha page but only password is sent to his email , instead of birthday .

Does he have a side account? If he has, try logging on to that first, then log on back to his main with the right password this time.

I mistype my password often enough, and ignore the part where it asks me to input my birthday. It still lets me log in.

so are u saying log in to a side acc successfully , then the birthday requirement will disappear for any follwing acc log in ? i will let him try this .

maybe you can try to click the login icon in the right hand side again
then you will find it does not ask you brithday...?

I have one of my side accounts that refuses to allow me in unless I remember the birthday (which I know but neo thinks I'm too old to be alive so my birthday is no longer an option) I would suggest mailing TNT, but be patient and hopeful if you think you'll get a response. I still have yet to get one

Well, you could put your friend on your neofriends list and check the age everyday to see when his birthday is. That is what I did and was lucky because it only took a couple of weeks.

wow .. that is indeed lucky shadow -_0 . so email is the last way , usually what kind of varification u need to give before TNT give back ur birthday ?
