Test this theory out?
I wanted to beat Mootix Warrior so I went to fight with it a few hours ago.
I tried to freeze him with my Black Frost Cannon but I've only got 2 freeze out of 30 tries. His HP is 375 , all my stats are slightly above 200 except level 100. The theory is : Freezing chance decreases when the freezer user fights against a stronger opponent . Would anyone try to test it ? Chinese stock guide : http://www.neopets.com/~cleverjohn |

RE: Test this theory out?
I seriously doubt it. You just got unlucky. Not to mention, you can't even do a significance test unless you have at least 10 of every possible result. If you REALLY believe this is what is going on, test it against him like 100 more times, then post your results. I think you'll find that it evens out over the long run. If it doesn't, you may have something, but that seems too complicated to include on every chance freezing item.

RE: Test this theory out?
See how unreliable non-100% freezers are now?
How about saying you just got lucky there? Test it again, until you have tested it 100 or more times for more accurate results. You may find that the result is 10 freezes out of 100 tries. While you're at it, you can give us another approximate freezing chance too. I'm not a fan of non-100% freezers or dual-duties. |
