Then there is no way you should include Black Frost Cannon in your set.  You should be glad that Deadly Dice brought your level down.  Now just keep training your strength and defence until they are both at 58, then train level up one and then keep training strength and defence.  Seems like you can only train health to thrice your level, meaning your strength and defence should only be at twice your level before you train level back up to continue training strength and defence. That means after hitting 80 on strength and defence, move onto the Mystery Island Training School.

Anyway, all I meant was: I'm too lazy to look it up, but if it costs more to train once your level hits 30, train all your stats to 58 atleast before you hit level 30

Sorry, it seems like you are correct. I haven't checked the details of the training school in ages, and things get a bit confusing...
