World Challenge
I'm just wondering if it is illegal to send in low scores to world challenge while someone else is sending in slightly better but still low scores... This allows the other player to get more wins and have a chance at get a Challenge piece.

RE: World Challenge
I dunno yesterday I saw a guy with 45 losses on Whack-a-kass
Someone else had 22 wins and since I was entered in that round I picked up a couple wins against him...

That person was probably just bad at the game and clueless about WCs, and, sending every score. a score at that game takes less than 30 seconds.

Yes. Yes indeed. Phrased wonderfully, too! I've seen too many people abusing multiple accounts (blatantly, too, with their usernames being ~1, ~123, etc. I eventually gave up on reporting them) to get WC pieces.

I personally try to give such players the benefit of the doubt, but the last few times I saw one player sending a bucketload of horrible scores while another mediocre player benefitted at his/her expense, they belonged to the same guild... >:[

That sort of thing can be hard to tell. Sometimes, it is a case of intentionalrigging, where as in some cases, people just find it fun to play in the same WC with a bunch thier friends, to have fun seeing how they do in comparision with eachother. Generally, the way I judge that it's rigging is if:
-The players have been paired up too many times to be a coincidence (showing that they coordinated thier sending times.
-One of the players is consistantly sending impossibly low scores to be a sincere effort. (like below 500 at DoMII or something.

RE: World Challenge
one guys high score in an hour of playing Whack a Kass was like mid 200's
The other guy was 1000-ish but that isn't too hard if you just wait for wind speed 9 and have the bat...
their names weren't similar but I didn't check their guild...

RE: World Challenge
If you're pretty they're the same person, or are coordinating when they sent thier scores, and have reasons to back it up, then you can report them. Otherwise... well there's not much you can do.

RE: World Challenge
yeah, not much you can do, cept like laugh when the person is too stupid, you guys know igloo garage sale? it doesnt come up as a game often, im pretty good at that, and i play that one alot when it does, but its funny becuase i went, and we were about 7-8 min into the hour, and there were five people in it, and the lead person had 4 wins, and the other ones all were at -1. now if that isnt that fishy, his high score was 329. i mean come on people, no-one sends that bad. so i click on these accounts, and all 4 of them had links to there "main" account. guess what that was...

anyways, ive seen a couple REALLY REALLY dumb WC things, but that took the cake, anyways setting WC's are not good things. TNT has cracked down on people for it

:/ Judging by the fact that I see the same cheats from a year ago still running around, I'd say they need to do a better job.
