What is your budget, and pets stats?

I'm not a seasoned advice giver, so bear with me if this is a bit rubbish. Knowing your stats and species would help out a lot. I'm assuming since your have the Green SS, you HP is below 100, and so your stats are around that point.
I'll assume you don't have a set budget, but want something to aim for/save up for, so I'd say some kind of bomb. Depending on your budget, I'd say Honey Potion (Around 800k) or Ghostkerbomb. (7.5 Mil) It depends how much you want to spend really. Considering you have the 100% freeze, you really should make the most of it and create a "freezebomb" - that can decide a fight. I'll make the weapons link-to-profile-ified as soon as I work out how...

Well, you really haven't given enough info to give solid advice, so I'll talk in the most general of recommendations:

While upgrading your freezer is likely a low priority:
The next upgrade to h4k is a Freezing Potion, then Magical Marbles of Mystery, then Sleep Ray or Heavy Blue Tunic. Other alternatives are Sloth Approved Hair Gel, species freezers or the dream-level Moehog Skull. If you have a very high hp to str ratio, then Slumberberry Potion might be worth consideration

The next upgrades to these are 11-iconers. Goo Blaster, Sword of Apocalypse, Fungus Ray, Garoo Elite Blaster, Bzzt Blaster or Portable Kiln. If you battle mainly 2p, then the newer Jittery Jipple Potion or Steaming Skeem Potion may also be of some use.

Alternately, you could consider a dual duty such as Air Faerie Crown, Hobans Hat or Kaylas Hat (if you have a zafara.

For not all that much more you could jump to the 13 icon level and get a Bow of Destiny or Wand of Reality

Do you have even or better defense? If so you may want to drop the downsize for another shield or dual duty, at least in 2p. If your defense is lower than your Str, you'll want to drop the leaf shield for a Winged Scarab

The top priority must certainly be a new healer. Get a Greater Healing Scroll.

Is your neopets username the same as your forum username?
I think that it is a safe assumption to make that it is, because there is a pet that has done some battling on that account, so it is likely that it is you. Smile

If it is, then yes, you do need to be getting a new healer soon. Though I think that at 123 hitpoints you have pretty much out grown a Greater Healing Scroll, and now need to be looking at a species healer. I would reccomend that you consider morphing your pet into a kacheek, and getting a Kacheek Life Potion. This will enable you to heal a little bit more than the Greater Healing Scroll and the Green Scorchstone allows.

yes my forum name and neopets account name is the same. The problem with getting a species healer is that i am currenly useing the lab ray for "training" (is this unwise?). So everyday there is the risk that my pet will change again.
