Has anyone actually tested this weapon and seen a screen shot of it healing 15HP?

I have Tangella Tonic healing 5HP on Inflatable Balthazar and an pet with over 1100 Intel (the reason for this initial testing was to see if there was an intel dependence similar to to JJP/SSP)

When I tested it it did 15 healing my pet has over 750 intel.

Opps not sure where I got 40 I meant 15 o_0 lol. I still have it, I'll test it out some more.

I just tested it against a pet with "average" intelligence, it healed 15 hp. So I assume there is something to do with an intell factor on how much it heals.

Please try it against 1p? Perhaps because their int is 0

When used in 1p it also healed 15 hp.

It must not be intel based.

I tested against IB and a 1100 intel pet and it healed 5 each time, unless it is some very weird weapon with an upper and lower bound. I thought that it might be similar to JJP, which is why I first ran those 2 tests.
