Is there anything which you did/ didn't do way back when, either because you were an ignorant newbie or you just didn't think about it? Here's my ones that I can think of:

-I had over 3 mil when Jade SS was selling for that much in the hidden tower.
-I didn't play the treasure hunt game as much as I should have when it was still around.
-I saw an attack pea stock at the cove (may have been one of the later 2 versions, I forget), and niether had the dubloons or the knoledge that it was worth it at the time.
-several other minor mistakes in buying/ not buying selling/ not selling things at certian times which have probably added up to putting me a couple million below where I could have been at this point.

Not spinning the Wheel of Monotony everyday.
Not starting the Stock Market a year (or more) sooner due to the "loss" I had in it when I was a newbie (I would have made a million by sheer dumb luck (or had the potential to, anyway) in my first two months on Neo through the Stock Market if my original account hadn't been iced).
Not getting a second H4KH when I could probably have afforded one (or maybe it was still HH back then). Then again, that was never something that crossed my mind to do.
Not building up my Shop's size more when it used to cost virtually nothing.
Not training more early on before the Codestone time/amount went up.
Not starting Grundo's Gym sooner (but hey, that one couldn't be helped).
Not starting Food Club a year or more sooner.
Not nabbing the username shaft and the Pet name Shaft. Not nabbing a cooler user/pet name in general. Screwing up and getting the Pet that shares my username being on a different account.
Not learning to make investments in certain items sooner.

Probably a million more things I can't think of, too.

Not buying the ZDAP on the wiz for only 99k after the Avy came out, if it was going to inflate that much, and had known it... Sad

I'd say the 2 things I miss the most right now:
I missed making a better account/pet name.
I missed learning about malls and upgrading shop size BEFORE the quadrupling in cost.
I guess I also miss stocking up on HH/H4k when they were buyable and Secret lab maps and jades etc etc...but those dreamy wishes are of the past, I don't really miss those because if I went back in time with the knowledge I had back then, I probably would have missed them again.

Most of my missed oportunities aren't really applicable since the gains I would have made from them would have been lost when I got iced a while back. Nonetheless...

Not making a better account name
Not making better pet names. Turns out adding the pet species to the end of its name is a bad idea. Just ask SkippertheKyrii the Gelert.
Not investing in stocks earlier.
Not trying out Food Club earlier.
Not holding on to the Banana Sword I coved, instead selling it immediately. Thankfully I had the sense to do so with my Pear of Disintegration.
Not selling my DBD for 2 million just before it got downgraded. I'd just sold my BD before that downgraded and was feeling pretty happy with myself. Really should've seen the downgrade comng as I did the BD's.
Not taking full advantage of the time when there was no limit on the number of WC pieces you could get a day.
Not selling my WC pieces in full sets, instead opting to sell them individually, losing out quite considerably.
Going for the J-Claw instead of the J-Wand. Had I not been iced, this would still be haunting me.

All that I can think of right now. Like I said, I don't really rue some of them since they'd have been taken from me anyway.

Wow. Just looking at these posts, I'm remembering so many more of those things I missed... Of course, if everybody hadn't missed them, the opportunity wouldn't have been as good, but that doesn't help you from thinking "what if..."

I regret not doing the food club earlier or the stocks.
I'm not sure about the weapons related thing... there was a time when i didn't care about battling... i guess al started with a war. I used to play neopets between classes just to spent death times with easy and quick games.
But also i regret selling a melting mirror... i wasn't robbed but i could get more or at least i would have it in my sdb...
And buying a babypaint brush... i just lost nps
