The CoM link is this

http://www.neopets.com/water/com_prizes.phtml

and back to the topic on hand, Neopets doesnt close prize shops that quickly/often, so i dont think anyone should hurry to get rid of there points

Ghost PB will always be worth the most unless you are willing to wait for the books to inflate.

RE: Spending plot points
Ghost PBs are the current favourite. The books will inflate, but it'll take awhile. If you need the Neopoints now, go for Ghost PBs, they're easy to sell, and are the absolute best (current) value for the ToW prizes.

However, investing in books is a great idea. They will inflate after awhile, and then they'll be big sellers, due to the popularity of book galleries. But their current value is nothing to be proud of, so unless you want to wait for inflation to boost their value, go with 4 Ghost PB's.

RE: Spending plot points
A long time, they'll likely begin to inflate this summer, but likely won't begin to gain any significant value until at least a year.

RE: Spending plot points
Yes, if you're patient, books will be the ideal prize. The PBs will inflate, but not by much (I highly doubt they'll ever even return to their pre-ToW price), since they'll be continually available. But the books will be retired (even if not technically), and will be in high demand for book trophies, and books galleries.

I advise you find another way to get some quick Neopoints, and save your points (because I may be wrong about books). That way, you can cash 'em in later for whatever prizes are the best value (because, again, I may be wrong).

RE: Spending plot points
I think you could get the Ghost PBs, sell them right away, and then invest that money better than buying the books as your investment. I would just use that money from the PBs in the stock market or something where you will get faster results with no real risk.
