Should I get a RSB, Scuzzys Comb or Pike Pike?

Depending on what is the rest of your set is like. So it would help if you list out what you have.

As the general rule of thumb, Scuzzys Comb for One Player, and Ramtors Spellbook for Two Player.

But as Cadaver said, knowing what your set is would be a better way of determining which would work best for you.

While it does depend on the rest of your set and budget, here's the general rundown

Pike Pike is only 9 icons, so it's likely inferior to the other two, although it does have some specific uses as a backup weapon (like getting 6 icons through Ghostkershield for under 200k) I'm not going to examine it any further here.

Scuzzys Comb and Ramtors Spellbook are both 10 icons, and the only difference is that Scuzzys does 5 physical while Ramtors does 5 dark:

Ramtors Spellbook gets a full 10 icons through Burrow, Scuzzys gets only 5. Neither gets anything through Sink.

Looking at other common defenses:

Both fare the same against:

Sword of the Dead, Amulet of Inevitable Betrayal, Rusty Lamppost, Sophies Magic Hat, Dusty Magic Broom, Air Faerie Crown, Shadow Shield, Pirate Captains Hat and the faerie ability Steam Shield

Ramtor's fares worse against Earthen Scorchstone[idb], [idb]Jade Staff, Tooth of Terrask, Wand of the Moon, Mystical White Cloak, Golden Compass, Mask of Coltzan, Ring of the Lost, and Dark Faerie Collar. Ramtors is also slightly more vulnerable to reflection and not quite as good against Ghostkershield (although that's very marginal and only notable if you are trying to overrun G-Shield with your second weapon)

Scuzzy's fares worse against Scarab Ring, Leaf Shield, Shiny Shoal Shell Shield, Ceremonial Qasalan Dagger, Patched Magic Hat, Thief Dagger, Winged Scarab, Yoyuu Keepers Chest Guard, Yoyuu Players Sling, and Faerie Tabard

Additionally, looking at species resistances, physical resistance is about twice as common as dark resistance and no species has a physical vulnerability.

Thus it seems that while they are very close in usefulness, Ramtors is indeed better. However, there are enough common defenses against both that I sincerely doubt that Ramtors is better by a large enough margin to warrant the current price differential where it commands nearly twice the price of Scuzzys Comb. Figure how many stat points you could gain for 200k and ask yourself if the slightly better ability to bypass defenses is really worth that much.
