Can I win items like Sinsis Helm or Sinsis Gauntlet from playing Shapeshifter?

No. Sinsis Sword is retired, and the Grail, Gauntlet, and Helm are sold at Defense Magic (I think). Sinsis Crown was given out by the Advent Calendar some years ago.
