This one surprised me at the start:

Test 1: 3 fire, 3 earth, and 3 water icons

Test 2: 2 fire, 3 earth, 3 water

Test 3: 2 fire, 3 earth, 3 water

Test 4: 2 fire, 3 earth, 3 water

Test 5: 2 fire, 3 earth, 3 water

Test 6: 3 fire, 3 earth, 3 water

Test 7: 2 fire, 3 earth, 3 water

Test 8: 3 fire, 3 earth, 3 water

Test 9: 3 fire, 3 earth, 3 water

Test 10: 1 fire, 3 earth, 3 water

It would appear that the Villager Pitch Fork does a constant 6 icons (3 earth and fire) and can up to an additional 3 fire icons
