Contemplating joining a Mall

What are your ideas about Malls? I'm not sure if it's the right thing for me to do.. The 20m to just get my shop up to size 500 would not only wipe out my entire bank account, but would also entail selling off some of my BD set..

Also, the pressure to constantly come up with the money to upgrade my shop and pay for shop ads doesn't sound so great. Time is also a concern, since I hear having a mall sucks your entire life away. I'm also stranded on a 56k connection, and I'm not sure how much that would affect it all..

However, even with all of these concerns, I'm still split on whether or not I want to do this. The money that I'm hearing about is really enticing. It's a lot better than the 40k/day I'm getting from playing flash games 24/7..

from what my friends in malls have indicated there are three secrets to running a mall.

1. SSW: If you can buy up most of what you sell from the lowest 10% of the items for sale on neopets, and then price them high enough in the mall to make income from them, then you'll make your funds rapidly.
2. Stockpile: Once you know what your selling, keep e nough onhand that you can stock your store for up to a week without having to get more, this keeps things slightly more reasonable as far as time requirements.
3. Reinvest: Each time you empty out your till, the first thing is to purchase your new supplies to replaec what is sold, the seccond is to expand your store, the thid is to concider adding product. If you stay in place you woln't get very far.

As for should you? If it's going to cost everything just to get there, how are you going to stock it? Your going to sell off more then your already thinking you might have to sell off.
