New evidance found (ToW)
Snarkie has awarded herself a 10th sidebar. She's in the process of testing the ToW sidebar. This Generaly happens within 72 hours of the release.
Expect somebody to post here with the adress of the images of the sidebar soon if I don't. -- The wind has no destination. |

Maybe I am not experienced on Neopets to know, but why would that matter? It might be some other sidebar, or are there only 9 sidebars released?
I'm not a fan of non-100% freezers or dual-duties. |

There are only 9 sidebars released that it is possible to keep. The birthday sidebar is not counted in this list as it's not permantly unlockable.
There is a slim chance that snarkie gave herself the birthday sidebar permantly due to her sence of humor or to test something else. But it tends twards the other alternitice. -- The wind has no destination. |

Random events are broken, so she could always have given herself the birthday sidebar to test those (you get more when you use it). It could be the plot one, though -- we'll see.
