Ages ago. I won't believe anyone had one break unless they have a screenshot of it giving a "your GHS broke!"-type message in battle (which I have never, ever seen). I will believe people had them simply vanish during battle, because that is an uncommon, but real, BD glitch that can hit any weapon, fragile or not (and I could definitely see that happening more often when a big event is creating lag and glitches). But yeah, the healing scrolls have been classified in the Neo battlepedia as "limited use," NOT "fragile," for a long long time now.
