Question resizing
This starting to get old for me and I am tired of asking people to resize stuff so I am asking how in the world do you resize images?

RE: resizing
Use an image editor. Photoshop is a popular choice, I myself use Macromedia Fireworks often (it came bundled in Macromedia MX). Note: Those programs are pretty expensive, I am not aware of any good-free ones. You could use Microsoft Word and just drag/stretch and crop the images.

Depending on the use, you can even do it through html. It doesn't actually "resize" the image, just shrinks/enlarges it on your screen.

RE: resizing
You can resize images through Microsoft Paint. The quality wont be nearly as good, but the program is openly availible to nearly everyone.

Simply open up MS paint, and select:
Image -> Stretch/Skew

A window will pop up, and you may change the 100% for the width and the height under "Stretch" to how much you want to resize the image by.

Again, like I've stated before, Microsoft Paint is not the best at resizing. So if you want a better quality resize, perhaps a simple photo program would be better.

I think I had to use an Animation program so that all the frames show up and you can edit them all. I used Animation Shop. I haven't done it for a while so don't sue me if I am wrong.
