100% defence abilities

If I only have like 20% power then I use Quench / water breathing / steam shield , will it blocks all that type of icons? Or it will come out fractional like burrow and sink?

If I'm correct it still block all and not fractional.Even there is 1% power left the function of faerie abilities are not affected.Correct me if I'm wrong.

Not sure but Quench and the such abilities that block single-icons, not multiple icons like Burrow and Sink, will retain full effect even though it isn't used at Full Power.

Drain Life falls into the same category, which is why those abilities are preferrably used on Weak. Efficiency of the abilitiy isn't effected by reduction in Power.

Burrow, Sink, Regeneration and the such that heal (not drain), block multiple icons, etc... will be effected by the amount of Power available or used.

If you have 1% left and Regen or Burrow the effect will downgraded.
