Erm.. can anybody tell me at what time(in NST) there is the least players playing neopets?

I think it's around 2-5 NST except on the first day of every month...but pretty much every time zone covers some part of the 24 hour day...just avoid the North american rush which is around 12pm NST-6pm NST.

I think the least players is at 2-6AM NST. Many Americans sleeping that time.
My 12AM NST = 3pm too
