About this dragon knight, does the skill Dragon Fury good for Spears?
or Pole arm for Buster?

Since polearms have a better slash and spears a better stab (Damage wise) and since Dragon Fury is a forced slash and Buster a forced stab, they do significantly less damage when used with the other weapon. This is why many people choose to go hybrid and max both masteries that way they can use both Spear Buster and Pole Arm Dragon Fury for maximum damage, depending on the situation.

Is Dragon Fury by any chance Thrasher?

If so, Dragon Fury is very good, as megamanfan said, on Polearms. Not much use for spears though ^^;;;;

And Buster is for spears, not polearms.
When Jakum hunting, Dragon Fury is good for arm killing since it can hit all four arms on a side at once. Buster is for the main body.

But a question...is hybrid good?

I have a level 96 Hybrid DK... I would say that so far I havent made much use of the hybrid-ness in third job, but it was definately worth going hybrid. It leaves more opportunities for your character at a sacrifice of a somewhat slower second job. Also... Whats cooler than having Eclipse AND Omega Spear? Being able to use both of them effectively

I think Hybrid will work when Buster and Fury on different mobs.

I mean, think about it.

Weaker Mobs = PoleArm or more than 3 enemies = Polearm

3 enemies or power = Spear.

Just, you have to pay twice in scrolls >.>
