I need help with sets

Right now, i have scarab ring (x2), snow mote, obsidian dagger, bone sceptre, noxious nectar, and chest armour. I need a set that is under 100k. I also ned help on how much full jetsam armour costs, and who is selling it here

I doubt you need a full jetsma armour since it is useless with your 14 defense...instead it would make much more sense to train your pet. Stop training your levels and train your str and def up to 35 for the boosts. Depending on how fast you make money, I would highly suggest the labray.

Otherwise, for your set, you might want to get a minor healing scroll (you'll grow into it), downsize! 2 scarab rings, CWOS-cloudy wand of storms (99k), 2 noxious nectar, 1 caustic potion. defense won't do much at your level, instead more icons and more heal is best.

Also a Leaf Shield he can keep when he trains later just keep that in mind. Wouldn't it would be wise to go for a constant 9 iconer like Stone/Ice Club? Because the defence of 3 earth icons won't do much. Yeah I agree what Q77 I'm not sure about the wand though and also try to squeeze a Snowglobe Staff in there and a bomb/stealer.

Look into higher damage weapons in this price range... CWOS is a bit of a waste with his stats. Perhaps an Earthen Wand of Stone? Great Icon Value. Enchanted Wooden Bow is also value for money in your range. Even Obsidian Daggers look promising at your level.

Jetsam armours are not only not useful to you, but are extremely pricy, so don't worry about them. Species weapons aren't that great often im afraid. Jetsam species weapons are rather rare in general .

Enchanted Wooden Bow (man im amazed by how good a set can be <100k now o.O)

Mud Mixture (swap out for Purple Sticky Hand when the need arises)

This will get you some good icon variety and number for great value for money. This SHOULD leave you with 50k+ left over to train your pet- you will get more damage out of training than upgrading these weapons

Tough to say. Since you ask about Eyrieki I would suggest a set customised to fight him:

Purple Sticky Hand - use this on your first round. Would steal his Red Scorchstone from him. If it doesn't work, withdraw, heal your pet and try again.
Scarab Ring - he's using lots of physical and some fire. The Ring will help you with that.
2 Sand Snowballs - It's cheap. 9 icons. How come noone suggested this?
Tooth of Terask - Dark defence against Eyriekis Amulet, though it can be partially blocked by the Amulet as well.
Lesser Healing Scroll - Great healer for your pet.
Downsize! - cuts his attack by half.
Enchanted Wooden Bow - vulnerable against Eyrieki, but will be useful in future DoN opponents.
