battle taunt i can afford to lose, not not crits. dmg increase bonus is great, while stunning would be useful but not indispensible.

I think it's worth it to use the regal sword as what you are losing in critical attacks, you are ultimately gaining back in damage increse. IMO, I think battle Taunt is a fairly useless skill, and not one I usually spend many, if any, points in.

While the chance of a critical is nice, it's still just a chance whereas with increased damage you will always be doing consistent damage.

Depends. What are your skills at the moment? Also, if you're in Faerieland, you'll be getting close to KTII around now, and Taunt is rather useful for him.

i personally try not to taunt too much as i go for velm's group healing, so it's more efficient to equal out damage...

Yeah but you have to remember that Rohane can take a lot of damage. It's saved my neck a lot of times, even when I used to use Group Healing instead of Single.
