NaNoWriMo
National Novel Writing Month- the basic idea is to start writing a novel on November 1st, and have 50000 words of it written by November 30th.

Sign ups are supposed to start today (but they havent yet), so now is the time to start thinking of a plot before you start. Toungue

Anyone going to try it? I might, though it depends on what else I've got going on. Apparently you have to write about 1500 words a day to be able to make it, and thats a fair amount of writing.

RE: NaNoWriMo
Actually, it's something like 1667 words per day to be more accurate. Toungue Which gets you to about 50010 and by the end of November. It's not actually that long - it's a little over a page in a Word document. I can write most character profiles at about that length. Toungue

But I'm going ahead with it. Big Grin I've been planning since August for this, and I really want to do it. And even if you don't finish it, at least you'll have participated. XD I gave up last year. After like... the first day. I'm pathetic.

RE: NaNoWriMo
This is going to be fun, I'm definitely going to join this.

I think if I can struggle past the first week, and don't get buried with homework and stuff, I can probably get this done.
