Coltzan's Shrine

The Coltzan's Shrine stat increases aren't random. I need to do more research on movement and speed, but I know for sure, that if you visit the shrine anytime there's a five on the second part of the Neopian clock,
(Example:
5:13:15 NST)
your active pet's attack increases by one.

that cant be because if you visit the shrine when the seconds are at 55 then you get a fifteen dubloon coin

fifteen dubloon coin doesn't exists.

at 55, you get a one or two dubloon coin

[Guest]

you can get up to ten dubloon coin

have any guides on coltzan shrine?
