Help trying to sign up for JMS

Eh, I've been trying to sign up for JMS for a while so I could quickly make a rogue and then darksight through areas like omega sector and aquaroad, but I've only gotten as far as getting a Nexon ID and downloading JMS. When I try to just run the program though, it gives me an error saying I must run the game on a Japanese language page, and when I try to make a Maplestory account, after putting in my Nexon ID and p/w, I just get sent to a blank page =\

So yea, any help would be appreciated. My curiosity has gotten the better of me and I really want to explore there ^^;;

(By the way, on like MapleTip it is like a Taboo to try to ask to signup O_o would anyone want to clarify that for me, and should I really be trying to sign up?? ^^;; )

Well, going to your Control Panel, and then to the Regional & Language Preferences and downloading/activating Japanese "fonts" should take care of the language problem... the main problem is that if everybody knows how to sign up for jMS, then most of the gMSian bad peoples will go to jMS, polluting the "perfect" (at least that's what they're made out to be) people.

Also, once you get in to jMS (if you ever do), go on Kaede. I recently signed up for jMS...it's not all that great. It's just MS.

Ok, I got the game working, just whenever I attempt to create an ID for maplestory itself, after I input my Nexon ID stuff I get a screen like this:

Non-Japanese aren't supposed to be on JMS. We'll get those things eventually, just be patient. Locked.
