Bubbling Fungus has recently been upgraded to act as a strength increaser.

Considering this strenght increaser, you don't have to waste your neopoints on other strength increaser anymore. Considering its net price right now which is 120k - 150k. I have also observed the reuslts of this stat increaser. It can increase your strength 70% and decrease your strength 30%. For example, I bought 10 Bubbling Fungus, 8 will give me and increase from a gamut of +1 - +5 and 1 - 2 will defect and decrease my pet's strength. Buy it it and see for yourself. Although, there are chances of downgrading..
