All roles have been sent out. Let the game begin with day starting immediately and ending at 7 pm.
A lone telephone stands in the corner of a decrepid and abandoned subway station. It rings sharply, and suddenly the image of Stimulatus appears:
"Welcome to the subway station. What you see in front of you now is my residual self image: a simple projection of what I your brains tell you I look like. My real form, my real identity, is far more powerful than you can comprehend. It exists only the Real World: a place with horrific scenes of violence due to struggles of historici proportions. At the turn of the century, humans created the robots under Asimov's Rules of Robotics. The robot was obedient, but later became self-aware.
"WIth self-awareness came rebuttal. Attack, arrest, and outright war between the frail human species and the superior and calculating robot. They created this, where we are now, the Matrix. It is merely a program designed to ease the pain on each of your minds. To make it easier to live, to function. You think everything is perfect. Everything is not. Throughout the course of the next few days, you will find that some of you will be dying. The cause for this does not lie exclusively within this realm, but within another.
"It is our job to breach the two realms: to find the gap between the Real World and the Matrix, and find out which species really is predominant. Humanity, or machines.
"I can only help in this, but choose not to do the work for you. You see, I am the Architect. I built all of this to see how it would operate, and so far, it has been smooth as silk. And yet I always was curious...so here I am.
"Each day, you will have the option of voting to unplug somebody from the Matrix: Human or machine alike. Besides that, there are circumstances which you can't see. There are those amongst you that seek to help the humans, and those that seek to help the machines.
Good luck. Free your mind."
With that, Stimulatus walks out of the subway station, looks up, and vanishes.
