some people on boards said it is random when you get the event. TNT hasnt replied to my glitch report. (it wasnt "angry" tax beast just the normal one)

I can't recall the facts for certain, but I'm pretty sure that people stopped getting the Tax Beast as an opponent two or three years ago.
