Create-A-Weapon is a contest for those who have always wanted to see a specific weapon in the battledome. You can let your imagination run wild and create anything you like! This competition will be held monthly and trophies will be given out!

Creativity and impact will be valued during the evaluation of the weapons. Having the most powerful weapon (icon wise) will not get you more points. We look for ways to use stats which are not commonly used, weapons that are reasonable prices and new ideas! This month the theme is Time!

This contest will run from the 1st of the month to the 25th. After the 25th submissions will be closed and a select few judges will judge the weapons and results will be given before the 1st of the next month. Where a new contest will start.

The number of submission will be limited to 2 per person.

Submiting a weapon is simple.

Again the choice was hard to make there were many good weapons and many made the top of the list. This weapon was the spawn for much discussion. It seems BB has done our job and given many tactical uses to it. Essentially if used at the right time, it can be very helpful. It heals you and also defends. 100% air block plus heal is nice to have with the higher end swords. What tops this beauty off is that it does not take up a healing slot. Again, if used right. It can give you a little boost of health, combined with a full heal. Does wonders. Something BB failed to mention is Noobinators. This is a god given to them. They usually fight people with much higher boosts than them and so the heal of this weapon will most likely be a full heal, combined with another healing item and it basically makes a noobinator almost invincible against G-swords and PCC. This can obviously make the opponent start shuffling weapons and make a hole in their tactic. The negative aspects is that if the person is aware of this weapon and you use it at the wrong time, defending a small amount of air. The weapon is rendered almost useless and you have lost a slot (and will probably recieve more damage than healed). Congrats BB.

Quote:Air Faerie's Aura
Price: 8.5mil tower item
Use: Multi-use until it works, then breaks for battle
Effect: Completely blocks all air icons received. The total damage these icons would have dealt (AFTER stances) is doubled, then recovered by your pet. The item can be used until it blocks air icons, then disappears for the battle. Doesn't use healing slot.

Essentially a high-risk-high-reward item, the Aura adds another layer of strategy to the current rampant use of PCC (and higher up, Gsword) by adding an element of risk to using it, akin to SOS vs Gshield. An opponent will have to keep shuffling the weapons they use against you in the hope of avoiding the Aura. This would encourage more varied sets higher up. Of course, they could also seek to disable it as early as possible by throwing a weak air weapon at it, removing it from the battle, though this may require them to use a weaker set to accommodate. These more advanced strategies would add an extra layer to the 'dome in higher-end battles. It would also see some use in 1P, especially having use against the giant ghostkerchief. Though the recovery effect sounds somewhat overpowered, for a pet being hit by the PCC's 14 air maximum at 200 boost it would recover around 150HP, which is usually not a full recover for a pet fighting others with those stats. That, and each turn the opponent doesn't deal air icons is a turn wasted, and it's easily disabled by weak weapons. Again- high risk, high reward. The price reflects this since it won't always be useful and even when used successfully isn't necessarily game-breaking, but can also be a life-saver if used just right.

I understand that Time isn't exactly an easy subject to create a weapon for but that's the beauty of it. You can do anything you want as long as it has time twisted into it. Think about futur, past, present, speed (speed of light makes time stop for you). Anything is possible Wink

So get creating!!
Weapon Name: Tranquilizier Clock
Price:10M in TP, Restocks in Battle Magic for 40k (R99)
Use: Multiple Use
Icons: N/A
Special Effects: When used with Tranquilizier Clock Dart it will freeze your opponent. If used without the item, it will show you how many rounds has the battle been going.
Description:Either you can shoot sleep-inducing darts from it, or see the time! Only one freezer may be equipped per pet.

Weapon Name: Tranquilizier Clock
Price:50k in SW, Restocks in Battle Magic for 4k (R89)
Use: Single Use
Icons: *darkness*
Special Effects: When used with Tranquilizier Clock it will freeze your opponent.
Description:You can make your opponenet sleep with these darts, if only you could find something to shoot them with... One Use.

With these items, you can Multi Freeze up to 7 times, since you can buy the clock AND 7 darts. Now, there is 2 bad things. One. You'll need to use both of them, leaving you without attacking or defence weapons. Two. You have to buy more darts to use them and the price will add up fast.
I'm going to recycle the one from last time.

Weapon name: Sands of Time
Price: 5m (hidden tower, 4m common value)
Use: Once Per Battle
Icons: none
Special effects: Restores power bar on both sides, restores life 100% at end of turn, fixes all broken fragile and single use items on both sides other then other copies of itself (limit one)
Description: Don't let it slip through your fingers...

Essentially lets you reset the battle without withdrawing for 1p, for 2p it starts the battle over, and will eventually be 'banned'. It's of MOST use to testers, you break an item, use this, and it comes back unbroken, then withdraw.

Weapon name: Doomsday Clock
Price: 15m Hidden tower
Use: Multi-Use
Icons: None
Special effects: Used Once a number is displayed, 1d10 + 10. Every round after that the clock TICKS as one of the lines. If you use it again another round is removed from the count. When it reaches the end of the round it would be at 0, 100% of maximum hp is done to both sides as the last action, ending the match in a draw.
Description: Tick, Tick, Tick...

Tank pets, noobinator tanks, and those who love the value of a tie will use this with an ECA, forcing the draw without having to do damage.
Weapon name: Portable Time Warp
Price: 15m in Hidden Tower
Use: Once per battle
Icons: none
Special Effects: At the end of the turn, both opponents Hit Points will be lowered to 25%. If one of the battlers has less than that, nothing happens.
Description: Tired of those long battles? This is your weapon!

The description says all
Weapon Name: Jhudoras Shadow
Price: 5 million, Hidden Tower
Use: Multiple Use
Icons: None (See Special Effects)
Description: This shadow is just as mischievous as its owner.

Special Effects: When first used, this item will state, "Shadows begin gathering along the ground." On the following turn it will state, "Jhudoras Shadow replaces -Pet's Name- shadow before rising up from the ground and attacking!" During the following turn when it does attack, it will duplicate the attack icons of the item used on the turn that Jhudoras Shadow was originally used. (It's time-based because it acts independently on the following turn.)

Example

First Turn: Sword of Skardsen + Jhudoras Shadow

Sword of Skardsen will deal normal damage, and the ominous message of Jhudoras Shadow will appear so that the opponent has forewarning.

Second Turn: Sword of Skardsen + Pirate Captains Cutlass

Sword of Skardsen and Pirate Captains Cutlass will deal normal damage, and Jhudoras Shadow will deal an additional Sword of Skardsen's damage (regardless of the damage Sword of Skardsen dealt on the First Turn). This is important to keep in mind when trying to duplicate something like Faerie Slingshot, since it won't guarantee a strong or weak hit: it will simply roll the odds again.

Jhudoras Shadow could also have been used on the Second Turn to cause a duplicated attack on the Third Turn. Remember, it only duplicates the item it is used alongside.

Analysis

The obvious cost of Jhudoras Shadow is that you give up one slot the first turn you use it, putting yourself at an immediate disadvantage. This exposure can be mitigated via Burrow or Sink (to minimize the damage received while vulnerable). On the flip side, if Jhudoras Shadow is timed while the opponent is using Burrow/Sink, they may end up "wasting" the ability. A secondary cost is the fact that it takes up one slot, and a person using Jhudoras Shadow will probably want a weapon variety.

Jhudoras Shadow is very largely a battle-long strategy: once you set it up, odds are that you won't want to let up on it (unless going for the kill or landing a freeze turn, the latter of which will probably only occur if using Slumberberry Potion alongside Jhudoras Shadow). However, you ultimately will need to let up on it when you decide to heal.

Jhudoras Shadow serves two general uses. The first is anti-tank, and this may be the one case where Jhudoras Shadow can be alternated rather than used every turn of the battle. Each turn setting up Jhudoras Shadow will largely be a "throwaway" turn since the tank should be using Ghostkershield or the Faerie Tabard (which should eat up your single weapon). On the following turn, however, when you're able to use two weapons (and gain the extra icons from Jhudoras Shadow) you should be able to easily overload the opponent's shield(s).

The second is icon overload. Both Pets' stances apply to the icons added from Jhudoras Shadow. The possibility of a Triple Faerie Slingshot is insane, and added stances (to any combination of three weapons) make things all the more dangerous. Of course, if the opponent still has Burrow/Sink or a reflector this might become more interesting.

A third possibility exists exclusively in One Player: during the early turns of most One Player battles you're busy waiting out an opponent's single-use/once per battle items. If you're busy waiting out a healer and can properly time Jhudoras Shadow, you can start off the "true" battle with by catching up with a "third" weapon.

Also, it's far easier to "set up" freeze turns in One Player than in Two Player, so you could get even more out of your freezes. This wouldn't be particularly powerful, since only Moehog Skull deals a significant amount of attack icons, but it's still an extra push.
Woah, I was imagining that with dual slings / slumpot / ice dice / generators / hubrids puzzle box, bombs, freezers in general....that could be a little overpowered (though lead to...2 turns where pets are frozen? Toungue)

Just in case you're misunderstanding, Jhudoras Shadow only duplicates the [b]attack icons[b] of a weapon: not the freezing, generation, draining, healing, defense, reflection, etc. (I had a note about this originally, but I think it got removed sometime during my editing process.) Using it alongside Slumberberry Potion would only duplicate the 10 Water (and would not duplicate the 17% freeze chance). That would allow 10 floating icons for a freeze turn, but in my opinion it'd be a waste: personally, I'm almost always using a full-blocker/reflector alongside Slumberberry, and if I wasn't then I'd be using Sword of Skardsen. Compared to the latter, I'd be losing 3 icons even after Berserking with the 10 floating icons (making them 15 net). Unless the opponent was able to block Sword of Skardsen to some degree, anyway.
Weapon name: Time Twister (TT)
Price: 3.5 - 5 million
Use: Once per battle. Limited One.
Icons: 1p only: 10 Air
Special effects: 2p only: Go back to a random round. Cannot be used in round 1 and 2.

Scenario:
If now is at round 5 and a user used the weapon, in round 6 it'll go back to round 2, 3 or 4 (No 1 since the first round is the entering page where there is no damage done). At the end of round 5, no weapons and abilities can be chosen. Round number recounts there so round 6 is called round 1 now. If both users use this weapon in the same round, the battle restarts.

Description: Will you use this item even if it won't help you much? Heha.

This weapon lets you to remove your disadvantage by going back to previous rounds. It may also clear a turn which you did so well so watch out.
