Hello fellow battlers.
I want to try a new kind of tourney. I hope no one has made something similar... or if someone did I can get some help. This is what I planned.
It will last just 4 weeks. 6 days to battle 3 different opponents and a day to rest, adjust strategies, to see (and make) the rankings and to see the pairings/groupings for the next day.
- Each week (stage) will have 3 matches, two days to end each match.
- Each battle counts: 3 points per win; 1 per draw and 0 per lose.
- Pairing/grouping will be done according to your points but trying to arrange people with similar time zones (time zone planner).
But the difference between this tourney and others are the next ones:
- There's a budget limit; the battle gear must not be grater than 2.5k nps but you can't spend more than 1k on any weapon; (A market price estimate will be done if a reasonable doubt arise). EDIT: The only exception are weapons that has effect outside the battledome,; i.e. makes sick a pet.
- There's a stats cap:
- Defense, Strength and Movement can't be higher than 18;
- level, 9 (so burrow is not allowed, this is also true with any ability that needs a higher level);
- and HP can't be higher than 27 (To allow more playability/challenge)
(your pet stats could look like this: STR=18, DEF=18, MOV=18 and HP=27; LVL=9 if you can't resist the temptation of using abilities of higher levels)
This tourney needs to be known and pets needs to be trained (I will train a pet just for this). Therefore sign-ups are open, the tourney's battle should start on august 19th (if there are enough people) and pairing/grouping should be posted on monday 18th.

Finally, the first 5 can be know as The Deadliest People or The Hand. These are the titles of each one (I didn't decide the order yet): The Thumb ruler, the Toothpick slayer, Bricoleur, Imaginative foe and Action choreographer also all the participants will be MacGyver's adepts.
EDIT: You can use a side account or your main, as you wish. Also, just to make a fun factoid keep track of which weapons do you line up. It's an optional choice, it would be needed at the end of the tourney.
PS: Also if you have a nicer titles please share it. If this will be done I may need help to make the trophies or handle it if lots of people wants to participate.
Do you think 3 days per match will be better?
EDIT 2:Don't panic if you get a higher level thanks to a random event or bonus, just don't use abilities/moves of higher levels than 9 because that would mean an instant defeat on that fight (not the match). Even if you get a 19 on DEF, STR or MOV it will be Ok since the next boost is 20 but positively you can't have more than 27 on hp (you can have less if you want).
