Why in the world would it cost 10 Boing to withdraw your own money from the bank?
Maybe because in real life you need to pay a fee to withdraw money

I dont pay a fee to withdraw from my bank. Any bank that does that is crazy, the point of a bank is to save money.
We don't have free banking.
And more importantly, historic evidence shows that boing on hand is more vulnerable then boing in the bank.
If there wasn't a cost to withdrawing, there wouldn't be a point to the bank. You might as well just have interest on your money on hand, as anyone who had the time could just dump their boing in the bank each night. Bank is for long term savings, not for daily inserting and withdrawing.
Generally, each bank withdraw is worth about 3 forum posts.
The idea of the bank is to keep it safe. If you have high amounts of money out, you get to show up on the Richest Users list, but be susceptible to having it stolen. You don't need to withdraw everyday, at the moment, so just build it up in the bank.
There are no stealing items yet so it doesn't matter. And where is that richest users list?
