Assuming unlimited NPs for 1p you should train till you reach 700 boosts in str and def and about 12000 hp

It depends on what you'd upgrade to, you have to really just figure out how much damage you're doing per icon now, and how close you are to the next str boost, then see if it would be more cost effective to upgrade your 2nd constant (rsb in this case) or upgrade your str boost to 55 (it'd be boost right now, but not sure about 55-> 85), and repeat, I'd hold of def for now unless you plan on doing any 2p, but if you think you might, train it evenly, but def won't be too great for 1p for a while

A lot of your defensive weapons are pretty useless in 1p since they are variable defense. For 1p, I would pick up a winged scarab and a purple or green sticky hand, they are great against a pretty good number of opponents.

Also, once you train more, I would recommend getting ppots, and they probably wouldn't be terrible right now. They really shine when you are able to get the opponents past a certain STR, which I am not sure that you would currently be able to do with such low HP.

If you want to seriously consider doing 2p fights, I recommend that you train to the top of league 4 or 5.

You would need to train a new pet to reach L4 since you trained over the 20 boost, however, if you are serious about 1p, you are probably going to want to train a pet as high as possible, so you would probably want 2 pets anyways. And with your current net worth, 2p would probably not be much fun at higher leagues anyways. To be honest, you will likely get blown out even at lower leagues since many of the top battlers for lower leagues had 40-80mil sets. Although you might be able to find some opponents with similar sets and stats in some of the smaller guilds.

For a healthy balance of 1p and 2p without a lot of time/money spent training I recommend L6 personally, high enough to do some 1p damage, but "low" enough to find plenty of 2p battles

For 1p, are you more interested in maxing out/tournaments/1p wars or just DoN etc?

Honestly for 1p, I'd just keep training. As Thesovereign pointed out, there's people out there with insane sets at low levels and you're not that interested in 2p.
You have a decent set as is for 1p opponents except for a few situational items depending on who you're fighting. Prickly potion (or 2) is definately an option but training to at least the 55 boost is your best route but 85 is even better. Since you're at a low level now i'd also say to bring defense up evenly as well. It may seem like it's a waste but you'll thank yourself later.
you might want some cheap 50% reflectors for stronger 1p opponents, a winged scarab, and a puple sticky hand. Also keep in mind that since you're Kacheek that KLP will be your best bet once you hit around 85hp and higher

Edit: I don't see a freezer in your set to take full advantage of your honey potion either. I suppose your best bet would be either black frost cannon or snowglobe staff. I know there's a case to be made for Ice Mote as well, but using them will just add up

Alright, 1.2mil eh...

I'd sell off your pure shields for now, they might help you for a win or two, but not for maxing out, get a few nps for leaf and earthen

Buy a winged scarab, very useful for a lot of 1p opponents, down to 1mil, upgrade your blue SS to ghs once you get to the hps where it's better, I'd wait a little in the hopes that they deflate more and get a yblaster instead of your GoC, then you'll have 2 as your main constants with an rsb backup (not a bad set for 2p either really), then back to saving/training

When you face 1P opponents like Evil Sloth Clone when you can steal something good swap the Earthern SS temporarily for a purple sticky hand. get a freezer, snowglobe staff if you want to save NP or otherwise BFC. I just got a black frost cannon and it rocks!
