I have 1.5mil to spare at the moment and this would be mostly for 1p battles.
I'd probably sell your AFC, GoC, PMH and FWoC for now, since you're gonna have to take a CHUNK out of their attacks to be worthwhile, especially when their boost starts to get higher
If you REALLY want a shield I suppose you could get smh, but I don't think it's worth it
I'd upgrade your healer first and foremost if you're willing to change species
Upgrade your constants to 2 yblaster if you can afford them and aren't patient enough for them to drop a bit
Also look into getting 2 ppots for when they get much higher boosts if you are trying to max out
I'd either pickup a lot of ancient lupe wants or a snowglobe staff depending on if you are doing DoN or maxing out
Also look into a winged scarab and some other possible full blockers/75% reflectors once you have more nps
Given your budget I'd shoot for a Ylanas Blaster first, as you really need a #1 attack weapon that has some pop. That would drop the Spellbook to your #2 attacker. The Air Faerie Crown is a nice item in the #3 slot (alternate attacker/dual duty), and the Golden Compass is fine for the #4 (also alternate attacker/dual duty). Your healer in the #5 slot is weak as you've outgrown it, but your budget isn't going to allow for much of an upgrade at the moment. You have no freezer for the #6 slot and you really need one. The low end (unfortunately not very reliable) is either a Snowglobe Staff or a Green Frost Cannon. The Black Frost Cannon is an upgrade, but at a huge price increase, and 100% freezers are out of your budget, though if you don't lab, Lupe's have TWO species freezers, though they're breakable, so you don't want to use them regularly. Your Bomb in the #7 slot is adequate, and that would leave you with the Frozen Wand of Crystals or Downsize! to rotate in for the #8 slot (pure defensive weapon/situational/stealer) and CHEAP additions like a Scarab Ring and Purple Sticky Hand are things you should also have to rotate in.
Keep in mind that while the Air Faerie Crown is a nice weapon, the Dusty Magic Broom has the same defense, and only a fraction less attack (with more concentrated icons) for roughly half the price. Switching the Crown for the Broom could raise a fair amount of nps for upgrading your set.
Finally - you have a good defensive battler's set at the moment, which needs a bit more offense (Y-Blaster would take care of that). Keep training your defense - there's a boost at 200 which will make several of your weapons more useful. You have a good start training wise and set wise, with enough nps (or ways of getting them) to upgrade a bit, but keep on training as with your start, it's probably a better investment than a single major weapon upgrade. A decent healer and freezer are your weapon areas of need, and won't be cheap to address, but for rare major battles your species freezer and a one-time use full healer can tide you through, though you don't want to use either unless you have to as it'll get expensive. You didn't mention if you lab, or if you want to your pet to stay a Lupe or not, though your pet's stats look a bit balanced to be a lab artist. Several species have decent healers (Kacheek, Gelert, Elephante, etc.), and others have 100% non-fragile freezers. Morphing to one of the minority of species that have a decent healer or freezer could save you the cost of one of the two big upgrades you'll need for the future.

Lennys are also a good option as Striped Lenny Morphing Potions are very cheap and they have a relatively inexpensive 50% healer and 100% freezer.
