I know what you mean, though. Obvious vacs and godmodes might be autobanned, but it would be a glitch to have an antivirus cause an autoban. Not that they will do anything about kicking you off, since it's security.

Q, just left click on the person that you need to report and select "alert GM". From there, I think it is self explanatory
I lost a map to one today at the duals. They came into my map, vacced a few monsters (I saw monsters flying so went to go locate them on map). By the time I got to them, they were afk using god mode to protect themself. At that point, I just CC'ed because I wasn't too sure whether or not it would be safe to keep training there
