Do the odds with each "weapon combo + ability" of the opponents change over time or as you defeat them more and more? I'm trying to assess what weapons i want to save up for in the future, and part of that assessment comes with what the current challengers can do. From what I've played so far it doesn't seem to change, but i know a lot of you have more experience than I do.

I've found them to be randomly assigned, which obviously greatly reduces the abilities of many challengers, as they'll frequently do something totally strange like using a shield and their third best offensive weapon against you when they have you frozen.
