Her name is Willow. She was rescued from a puppy mill. Yep, our newest member :]

I have to say it's a real shame that humans would mistreat such defenseless and innocent animals. I bet those vile people that run those puppy mills would not like to be caged up and mistreated in such ways that they would mistreat those animals.
