Yoshi you liked WoM? Sweet, maybe I really should a sequel Heak
The necklace which Arwen possessed and what Frodo used in the cave are two different things. Because the necklace only exists in the movie, not the books. What Frodo used in the movie was more of a vial which wasn't a necklace, given to him by Galadriel.

I agree the lightning is probably the work of Saruman.. or maybe a twisted Gandalf.

Anywhoo, I shall vote.

Vote: Mike

So from what Ekul said in groupies 2 people didn't send in lists. I'm thinking the other evil team will have been one of these.

So, let's see, who was inactive yesterday? Poogley Boogley and Okamoto were slow to pick up their roles, but are experienced players, so maybe not them. I'm thinking it could have been one of the newbie players who aren't sure about sending lists, although I don't know why they would be a spokesperson. I'll vote later =/
If majority is not reached is there a randomness?
Saruman is likely paired with an Uruk-Hai, and something else, or else two Uruk-Hai. Didn't he have trolls? IIRC he did, as they go opposite the Ents... and the Ents are pretty much the thing that beat Saruman. I'd also guess there's a team of the riders, as well as an OMT. Gollum is a likely choice for an OMT, but he's also a likely choice for a role that's able to pick which side he's on, as the character had both selfish and sacrificial attributes in the story.

Arwen and Aragorn aren't as much lovers on the surface of the book, but it's hinted at... and they do end up ruling the whole kingdom thingy together at the end. I would guess that Aragorn getting the evenstar from Arwen would give him extra powers, but I would think he would be a powerful Vigilante, or at least a governor type thing.

We'll also have a Frodo, Gimli, Legolas, Pippin + Merry (which would be the siblings, IMO) Sam, Elrond, Galadriel and possibly Celeborn... Riders, Gollum, and Saruman.

That's about all that I remember Smile. If anyone wants to add any roles, go ahead Toungue
gah am I retarded, or is the light meant for Frodo?...
I'm pretty sure I've never heard of the light having anything to do with frodo o_O. Arwen and Aragorn were married at the end of the third book/movie. In the movies, the light of evenstar was what gave Arwen immortality, and she gave it up to live and die as a human with Aragorn rather than remaining an elf/immortal.

It's quite possible that team leaders are assigned (e.g. "You're Saruman. Send lists plz.")

Anyways, since we have nothing for now, I'll Vote: Nobody. Maybe we'll get something later today, I dunno.
When Frodo left the Elf City or whatever it is, that place where Legolas is from in the trees, this queen or something gives him a light thing, which I think Sam uses to get away from the massive spider, that's probably what Q is thinking of.

edit - Yes I know that was a really awful summary of part of the plot Toungue
