I want to know, and ask, for the exact heal method, ok... If my neopet is 367 HP so 50% is 183.5 HP, if in a battle i have 50/367, and i use Bag of Healing Dust will heal me FullHP(367)/2 =183.5 or 367-50/2=158.5 HP?

It heals half of your max hp. In your case, as you said, it would be the 183.5.... And naturally that would increase as your max does
